Slantwalk 201

This vintage is 100% Malbec. During the growing season, the grapes on the vines went through a 25-30% pruning to improve flavor. These grapes were harvested in small bins, de-stemmed and crushed by hand. Fermentation was in a small stainless steel tank and the juice was aged with oak staves for one year, then bottled and stored for six additional months. This is a classic, fruit forward wine.
